About The Event

This webinar will examine the neuroscience intersection between play and a brain impacted by trauma.  It will unpack some of the key features of play and how these can be used to support children who have experienced trauma, and who may be finding it difficult to settle into a busy classroom – both traditional and play-based.  It will highlight the importance in slowing the pace down, using the notice, recognise and respond assessment approach and offer practical tips and tricks for implementing play pedagogically in response to children with additional social, emotional and learning needs.
Live webinar – Recordings will be available at the conclusion of Part 2 for 30 days.
